Meet Your Yoga Teachers
Meet many brilliant Yoga and meditation teachers from Kingston and surrounding areas. Our teachers are experts in various Yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Vinyasa. While some teachers have decades of experience, some have begun their Yoga journey. All teachers are unique in their own way. They are looking forward to sharing the gift of Yoga with you.
Eat yummy vegan and raw vegan food prepared by our lovely food stallholders who will serve vegan dishes from different cuisine such as Sri Lankan, Chinese, Mexican, Indian, Italian and Mediterranean. Lots of options for those looking for gluten-free, nut-free and Jain Satvik food (no onion, no garlic). Eat the perfect combination of health, spirituality, and taste!
Yoga for Kids
Please bring your children along: There will be a ‘Lil Yogi Room’ with yoga classes and fun activities for kids, babies, mummies and the whole family. Remember that there is free entry for children at all of our festivals.
Attend a series o talks presented by eminent speakers on the subject of Yoga, meditation, mental health and veganism.
