#Reason 10: Sound Bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls

End the festival with a relaxing sound bath run by Rebecca, beautiful healer and holistic therapist, who is coming to Liverpool Yoga and Vegan Festival. Sound Baths are one of the most soothing, body detoxing holistic rejuvenating vibrational ancient tools. The tibetan singing bowls produce a strong sound wave, almost tangible to the touch, which stimulates the physical body by influencing the surface of the skin and every cell. It feels like a soundmassage for the body and mind (great for those of you who like the idea of a massage, but don’t like to be touched).
