“No matter how relaxed you are, you can always relax more” – Cora Verkuilen
More than 20 years ago Cora Verkuilen (1969) started soul searching and started her journey in practicing thoroughly different styles of yoga, meditation and Pranayama. On top of that she also became a Reiki Master and followed numerous (international) courses to expand her awareness and master her skills.
In 2007 Cora founded her yoga- and breathing company Yogatrainer (www.yogatrainer.nl) in Eindhoven. At Yogatrainer you are taught -through yoga and breath training- how to master your mind and body. In 2012 -2013 she educated 25 yoga trainees in a Train the Trainer program.
Cora has been teaching for over ten years in numerous styles like Poweryoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin-Yang Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Flow Yoga, Breathworks, Train the Trainer, Corporate Yoga and Corporate Breathwork.
Cora has been teaching for over ten years in Yoga and Breathworks. She developed her own yogastyle, which is beyond yoga. Liquid Yoga it is called and Cora teaches in her studio and on several retreats. She just returned from a 21-day Retreat in Mexico as the Yoga Teacher at the retreat of Worldbreathmaster Dan Brule and she leads an annual retreat in Mozambique with Liquid Yoga and Liquid Breath. Liquid Yoga is a dance between Yoga and Breathing. It is beyond techniques, a deep heart felt feeling practice.
Since 2010 she practices with World Breath Master Dan Brule and assisted him on retreats in Cape Town, Lithuania and the Netherlands. In 2013 Cora practiced with Wim Hof, the Iceman, and trained with him in Poland to master different breathing technics in extremely cold circumstances.
Since 2011 Cora is providing weekly deep breathing sessions at Yogatrainer. This didn’t stay unnoticed and now Cora also travels frequently to many yoga studios in the Netherlands with her “Breath Awakening” session.
As a result of her broad experience Cora developed her own breath methodology called Liquid Breath which is also based on in-depth studies of many different breathing techniques. This year Cora is training Masterclasses to train trainers in her own practitioners program as well.
Cora definitely has her own unique style that can be best characterized as profound, confronting but with a lot of light where her healing hands, her voice and the use of rituals and fragrances will open you up and bring you deeper to your core. But you have to remember… “If you cannot stand the heat. Get out of the kitchen!”

International Yoga Alliance Certified teacher, I am determined to help you be your best self on an off the mat. Qualified in India, within the heart of yogic practices, I currently teach alignment-based Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga classes suitable for all levels.
Sceptic, to begin with, I first got onto the mat in 2014 to later find out that Yoga is indeed for everybody (myself included). From then onwards it was just a matter of time until I have decided to share this message with the rest of the world.
Nowadays I spread positive energy through dynamic and energising flows and hope to leave everyone a little better than I found them.
See you on the mat!
I have been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching yoga to adults for the last 11 years after studying for 4 years with the British Wheel of Yoga. I am a qualified children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher and currently studying for a master’s degree in mindfulness-based approaches at Bangor university.
In 2017 I set up ‘press pause’ to share yoga and mindfulness to families, children, young people and adults.
I offer storytime yoga sessions to pre-school children, mindfulness and yoga to older children and family mindfulness and yoga workshops. My adult classes are inclusive and for all abilities and weave in mindful movement with classic yoga poses. My sessions are about finding your own yoga, understanding your own body and what it can do rather than striving to achieve non-functional poses which would be inaccessible or inappropriate for most people’s needs. I enjoy bringing yoga to disadvantaged groups and to people who are intimidated by other yoga classes.
I currently teach a range of yoga and mindfulness classes each week in the Fishponds and Staple Hill areas of Bristol and I teach in schools, nurseries, workplaces, leisure centres and in beautiful Page park, where for the second year running I have the received funding to deliver free Park Yoga for the summer.
I also offer yoga and mindfulness birthday parties and bespoke mindfulness and yoga workshops and sessions for one off events.

Since moving to the UK in 2000, I have practiced various styles of yoga inclusive of pre-natal, Iyengar, Hatha, and Power Vinyasa. After having my three beautiful children I chose to make my passion of yoga my full time career.
I qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher in 2018, and I teach various classes in North Bristol. My style of teaching blends Hatha yoga methods of movement with vinyasa flow sequences to create a moving meditation that connects the body, mind and soul.
My classes are tailored to provide space for individuals to become more present, and more energised by easing tension through a combination of breath work, movement and relaxation. I always begin my classes with a breathing practice to anchor into the space and the body; then progressing to build strength and flexibility within a physical practice of well sequenced postures; and finishing with a session of relaxation. I love having music playing whilst I teach and incorporate different playlists into my sessions.
This flow-based practice is suitable for all levels with modifications/variations to put the level of intensity in your control depending on how you feel on the day.

From a professional point of view I was born as midwife in 2007. in 2015 after I watched a documentary about nutrition decision made to become vegan. Is not deniable anymore the bad effect of animal proteins on the human body. After years of working experience in delivery suite I decided to join a gym and I came across yoga for the first time in 2016. I was in love. I was practicing practicing and practicing. Yoga made me feel so well I couldn’t wait for the next lesson. In two years time, decision made to start a yoga teacher training, the best decision ever made. Now I can combine my profession as midwife with one of my passions.
I am teaching in a gym in Birmingham city center. I am always eager to learn something new. In my opinion yoga is a life style not just a physical exercise. I wish the entire word to fall in love with yoga. Life is better when you practice and there is nothing better to escape from your daily routine than to roll out the mat and start proctising.
I have an extensive background in working with people and communities. I find great joy through working with people and teaching yoga.
I am a qualified Yoga teacher and trained with the British Wheel of Yoga.
I teach Ashtanga style Mysore and led classes as well as alternative types of Yoga including: Yoga Open, Flow, Restorative and many more…
I personally enjoy regular Yoga, as a moving form of meditation which combines the body, the mind and the breath- Yoga is central to my life and wellbeing.
Yoga offers me a safe space to explore obstacles and challenges in my daily life. My teaching aims to do the same – offer a safe space for student to practice asanas, breathing and pranayama to still the mind for individual freedom and release.

Donna Marie Bull
I have been studying and attending my own yoga classes for years and I have just recently started teaching since I graduated with my 200 hour Yoga and Spiritual development teacher training in the study of classical Yoga Philosophy and traditional Hatha Yoga Practice certification this year 2019. I trained in Bristol and Italy with the Shanti Centre Training School taught by my main teacher Stephanie Shanti Bosanko. My training and experience is from an in depth study of traditional Sivananda yoga which is a more slower -paced style, really focusing on meditation, breathwork and spirituality. The style is based on the five branches of yoga philosophy ; Proper breath, proper relaxation/ meditation, proper diet, positive thinking and proper exercise.
My training and experience also incorporates kundalini, restorative, integral and vinyasa yoga.
I am currently also working towards my Yin Yoga Teacher Certificate.
I love all that yoga has to offer us.
Particularly the Yoga Philosophy and Spirituality elements that really are a key fundamental part of learning true yoga. I love to theme and weave the philosophy and teachings into my sessions, making it accessible yoga, using blocks, straps and props to enhance your experience in the moment.
I teach with a very humanist, open, warming and empathic approach, allowing my intuition to guide me and read my students and their needs throughout the classes and workshops.
My knowledge, experience and wisdom flows into my sessions and I like my students to allow themselves to self explore what feels right for them in the present moment, not forcing, not pushing but tuning in and listening to your body, this is a really important part of my teaching approach and that students can feel comfortable and at ease and able to be themselves.
My message of yoga is of union, connection and sharing the importance of self care. It is important that we take time to nourish our mind and body with mindfulness and conscious awareness and if there is any aim, its aim of alignment with living your best self.
Throughout my sessions we will explore yoga on and off the mat and what that means to you.
My classes are a path of self discovery, self realization, journeying through you to find your inner purpose and true self, to bring mind and body balance.
Yoga gives the gift of a calm mind and peace, even in the midst of chaos, by teaching you to let go and bring awareness to every moment.
Mind-body integration means establishing a healthy dialogue between your thoughts and your cells. Yoga is a powerful practice that enhances your mind-body integration.
Through conscious breathing, movement, and attention to the physical postures, you cultivate a state of body-centered restful awareness, bringing harmony to the physical, mental and emotional body.

Naomi started practicing Iyengar Yoga in 2009 when she was diagnosed with CFS/ME. Prior to that she was a runner, regularly doing 10ks and half marathons, but her illness meant that couldn’t run to the end of the road without pain and exhaustion setting in. The way that yoga created energy, rather than burnt it up was quite overwhelming for her. It was quite clear that yoga wasn’t just ‘exercise’ and she fell in love with it from the first class!
Now fully recovered from CFS/ME, she completed 2 years of Iyengar Yoga training with Sheila Haswell in 2016. She hopes to be able to help people whether it is to tone up, lose weight, find peace of mind or to recover from illness or injury.
Naomi says “I love how Iyengar Yoga is accessible to all; young or old. The Iyengar method, in particular, means that people of all flexibilities can come to class and may be offered more props to help with their alignment or for support in the pose. People think they can’t do yoga because they are not flexible, but yoga isn’t about that, it’s about building strength. If you have never tried yoga before, then I am looking forward to being your introduction to it!”
“My love for yoga and all things acro has been an exciting journey of community, fun, wisdom, challenge, creativity and trust. Starting my yoga journey late 20’s, I was inspired to practice to find space for myself within relationships and a busy lifestyle. From the first day I tried acroyoga I was hooked in from the strength, connection and exploration that was required from the body to fly asana in the air. I continue to practice captivated by the curiosity it brings as to how the body works and of course the endless smiles, giggles and community.
As a teacher it lights me up to see progression in my students achieving things they never thought they could do, even more so the amount that they continue to open themselves physically and mentally towards others, gaining trust and communication skills.
Acroyoga brings out the inner child in us which I believe is essential to stay light hearted and have fun in a society which pressurises us in so many ways. Trust me, when your upside down… it tips everything out of your head!
My personal practice is a beautiful balance or acroyoga, inversion training, standing acrobatics, vinyasa flow, yin and stretching.

“Already challenged by the relentless pressures of corporate life, losing his father compounded agony on top of frustration. This created sleepless nights and an all-round knowing that if his fast-paced lifestyle wasn’t addressed, illness would surely follow.
After hearing about the benefits of Transcendental Meditation (TM), he decided to learn the technique Independently as he was unable to afford the prices being quoted and was blown away by the changes, some of which literally happened overnight. Andre was amazed by his reduced anxiety and his increased resilience to everyday challenges.
More at peace with himself than ever before, he immersed himself further into the Vedic tradition from which it stemmed from.
10 years on, Andre has become a much sought after Independent Teacher of Transcendental Meditation, currently works in London, Bristol, Bath and Kent”

“Meditation? What a load of CODSWALLOP!
Before becoming a mindfulness coach Neil Morbey felt this way about meditation and any kind of spiritual or psychological development. But after burning out from years of chronic pain, self critisism and his own work and play addictions he sat down to meditate and it was PROFOUND! He realised the power of sitting in silence, combined with positive psychology can illuminate a simple truth.
“”It’s OK! You’re OK! We’re OK!””
10 years of practice and training led Neil to teach this is schools, offices and to group classes. He coaches adults and teenagers with one mission: To help people make friends and do what they love.
It takes time and practice, but Neil believes we can all learn to drop shame and experiment with life again by befriending our ego through simple techniques. Neil teaches every week in Bristol and he loves what he does. He loves to share his wild enthusiasm, but he’s supposed to sit in silence! Come and see how we can do both and get inspired to meditate and think differently. We can be Positively-Mindful.
