#Reason 9: Gong Bath

End the festival with a relaxing sound bath run by Fiona, a beautiful Kundalini Yoga teacher. Sound Baths are one of the most soothing, body detoxing holistic rejuvenating vibrational ancient tools. The gongs produce a strong sound wave, almost tangible to the touch, which stimulates the physical body by influencing the surface of the skin and every cell. It feels like a soundmassage for the body and mind (great for those of you who like the idea of a massage, but don’t like to be touched).
