Wow! Free Yoga & Wellness Classes at Brighton Vegfest this Weekend

Vegfest UK, organizers of UK’s biggest vegan festivals, will be proudly celebrating the 10th anniversary of Brighton Vegfest this weekend (March 23rd and 24th) at Brighton Centre. Vegfest Brighton is usually known for pulling in a crowd of 15,000 visitors, hundreds of vegan stalls, a variety of vegan talks, activities for kids and of course, for showcasing the yummiest vegan food from all cuisines. This year, the festival has one more amazing thing to offer: Free Yoga and wellness classes!

Yes! You heard that right. If you buy the £8 day ticket to vegfest, which is anyway a great value for money, you get unlimited access to the Yoga zone at the festival where you can attend Yoga and meditation classes without paying anything extra. The teachers are vegans themselves and come from a varied Yoga background.

You can attend a fast-paced power vinyasa class for a complete mond-body workout, or calm yourself with relaxing slow hatha, or if you are up for some fun, join the Yoga rave – Om and Bass. There are Tai chi classes as well. You can see the full timetable of classes here. So much happening under one roof!

In Brighton, a single Yoga class costs between £8-£10 but at Vegfest Brighton, you get way more for this price. How?

Here’s what you can expect at Brighton Vegfest 2019. Full programme can be viewed online

  1. Around 230 stalls
